We perform sheet metal bending on high-precision CNC equipment. We ensure geometric accuracy and repeatability of parts.
Metal bending is the process of forming the required shape from sheet material without welding or cutting. We use modern hydraulic press brakes that allow obtaining a clear bending angle without surface damage and with minimal radius.
We work with sheet metal up to 6 mm thick (depending on material type). The maximum bending length is 2500 mm. We select optimal parameters for each task.
Bending without weld seams is one of the most common and effective methods of shaping metal parts. This technology allows obtaining products with precise geometry and a smooth, seamless surface.
The process begins with sheet preparation: metal is cleaned from contaminants, rust, and defects to ensure perfect bending quality. Then the blank is placed into the press brake.
Modern CNC press brakes ensure high accuracy and shape stability. The sheet is placed between the upper and lower dies, after which the specified bending angle is formed under pressure. The pressure magnitude depends on the material type, thickness, and shape of the final product.
Choosing the correct bending radius is an important step. A too small radius may cause cracks or metal breakage, while too large can reduce shape accuracy. That is why we use automated calculations and proven technologies to achieve the optimal result.
After bending, parts can undergo further processing stages: welding, drilling, cutting, or painting — depending on customer requirements.
We perform bending work with the following metals and alloys:
We work both in person and remotely — the latter format saves time and has become especially convenient for clients. To get a cost estimate, simply send drawings or technical specifications to our email (you can also use the feedback form).
We also assist with design — creating drawings from scratch or refining those provided. After approving the specifications, our engineers adapt them for CNC equipment, and we prepare the final cost.
Lead times:
From 1 business day
Materials:
We use our own stock or process material supplied by the customer
Price depends on:
– Complexity of parts
– Quantity of items in the batch
– Type and thickness of the material
– Need for additional processing
All orders are formalized through a contract specifying quantities, materials, price, and deadlines. After production, we notify the client about readiness and organize product delivery.
